I need to know if this cooler is good enough for this CPU:

Plenty. It is one of the most popular coolers used. As long as you have enough clearance in your case, it should be perfect

The 212 evo is a good value, good performing cooler. Should allow modest OC's. Great performance for price.

Its ok, but that model of CPU can run very hot when overclocking, so the 212 evo will limit potential compared to better coolers.

The next one up to go for would be the Phanteks TC-12DX. If you want to go higher still then look at the Phanteks TC14PE or the Noctua D15. You can also look at AIO liquid coolers like the Corsair H100i and H105, the NZXT Kraken X61.
