I already have a Mini ATX Cabinet and I am looking to upgrade my CPU, Motherboard, PSU and RAM, my only use is to surf the net, and do some accounting, one thing I do want is for it to be able to play 1080p videos, my budget is about 15000 bucks(250USD)

Yeah, but he wants to play 1080p videos and the newer Intel HD graphics will perform better. Also its a little future proof. If he wants to turn it to a gaming rig, he just needs to add a card without serious bottlenecks. Also g3258 isn't available

any particular reason why you are suggesting intel over amd?

not looking at any combination as of now, but doesn't amd offer equivalent performance at a lesser price point? i have already ordered the combination as you suggested and i don't intend on changing it, but its just a stray thought and i do think you have a good reason for suggesting the i3 :)
