Should i get a better CPU or overclock my current one

I am thinking of getting this CPU with my build as it is within my price range:

However I am thinking that maybe I should get a better CPU so I wont need to overclock like the:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i74770

So should I get a better CPU or overclock? Also is the i7 one better than the i5

2. No unless you do heavy rendering
3. if you can wait, wait for the better-for-overclockers devils canyon

What will you be using the computer for? I am sure the i5 will have plenty of oomph, especially if you overclock it.

For gaming, i5 4670k is enough.
For rendering , maybe the i7 is something to consider.
