Internet Download Manager working from Java takes 99% of my CPU when I'm in the middle of trying to work, without me requesting to use it. It seems to be working from a Java download folder.. is this normal? How can I control it to prevent it from slowing down my work? I don't find it's own .exe extension file anywhere, nor is it listed as a program in my Program Files.
