Parts:
FX 8350
R9 290X
Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+
I am looking for a case the has enough space to handle these parts. I don't care so much about how it looks but I want it to be cheap and have decent air flow.
Thanks

yea the enthoo pro might be a good idea, its very nice for the price...you could also consider the NZXT H440 (one of the most elegant looking cases) although you might have to remove one modular HDD cage in order to fit that card...that shouldnt be a problem as there's loads of space for HDD's in the case anyways, you could look at a CM Storm Stryker or Corsair 760t, Corsair 600t or maybe NZXT Phantom 530 (one of the best air/ liquid cooling cases)..the CM HAF series is high airflow, you could just pick the one that...

Try the Phanteks Enthoo Pro. Its a full tower, good air flow and cheap.

The most fans you should add to a case is 3. 2 intake and 1 exhuast. A Mid tower can fit them.
There's really no need to do water cooling. The only reason people do full custom water cooling systems is to show off.
And 2 GPUs isn't recommended. It builds up a lot of heat, consumes a lot of power, and has driver issues with games.

@ironbatman 2gpu's isn't recommended for what ? , what if he wants sli or Xfire , that enhances gaming experience and does not lead to driver issues , what is wrong with more than 3 fans in a case and maximizing your airflow ? as for water cooling what is wrong with an AIO ( all in one cooler ) ?
neat , quiet and effective

AIO liquid coolers still have fans of them. They aren't always quieter but it depends on what you're comparing.

As for fan configurations, I've stated what's ideal for a balance of low temps and low noise.

And I think I've explained the part about multiple GPUs
