Overclocked to 3.5 to 4. Is it too hot?

Never overclock your CPU on the stock cooler. The stock coolers from both AMD and Intel are crap and can't dissipate the extra heat caused by overclocking. Set everything back to stock and get a good aftermarket cooler then overclock it.

Definitely very bad. You're going to need an aftermarket cooler. That is way too hot. The evo coolers are around $25 and offer amazing cooling. You don't want to go over 60c with amds.
