Tom's did a benchmark of the R7 260x card at 1080p on medium settings and it had stable fps (68). Your rig will be more than enough.

Looks ok except for the psu. By using it you are risking damaging the whole system. Look for something from Antec, Seasonic, XFX, or Corsair (ax, hx, tx, and gs units).

I am a Corsair fanboy but that is an entry level product. Also this model is 240V only, is that what you need ? I would recommend to take something like the RM650 which more power efficient, is fine with either 120 or 240V and is well reviewed if you want to stick with corsair.

Else, another great power supply i would recommend is the Seasonic M12II 620, which is fine with 120 and 240V aswell.

I stay away from entry level products when i choose a PSU :)

I'd get i3 4330 if you weren't overclocking badassly, i3 beats 6300 at like 4.5ghz too.

Your build should be enough, but don't be disappointed if it can't run high settings with decent fps. Battlefield 4 is buggy and not really optimized well. You would have better luck with Battlefield 3, honestly.

For a regular gaming build w/ good overclock and w/ a R7 260X gpu a good 450W PSU is enough. See for yourself :)
