Going to buy R9 280X by next week - Need suggestions.

It seems like my present card couldn't cope up with my new high end games that can be set to Ultra Graphic Settings.

- So I've decided to upgrade my card to R9 280X. I thought of crossfire at first place but the budget strictly advises me to sell the current one.

At present, I'm playing games like Watch Dogs, Hitman Absolution, Battlefield 4 and NFS Most Wanted (2012). Should I wait, save money and buy GTX 770 or continue with my radeon selection?

P.S. I've already made a similar thread in this topic; I'm starting over for the confirmation.

Check out the Tri X version by sapphire!,has great cooling with a vapor chamber *vapor x*
For the highest performance check out the so called toxic edition!,
the tri x vapor x by sapphire looks amazing in blue and black! great if you have a open case!

It's very common to see problems in every card. It would be a smart move when we choose the card upon our requirements.

In my budget, R9 280X comes with 3GB Vram whereas GTX 770 comes with 2GB. It's a baffling fact lol.

Nice. Thanks for your information, mate. Anyway, I really don't care about the looks; the ultimate target is to have an awesome gaming computer for my budget.

Most probably, I might be buying this one -
