looking for a graphics card for 3d modeling and gaming.

Hi guys

I am trying to find a good graphics card for gaming and 3d modeling and i found the gigabyte gtx 780 ti to be good but would it be better if i SLI 2 gtx 780 cards instead and i will be using sofware like 3ds max and maya.

doing an SLI with 2 780's will give you better performance than one 780 Ti. they should also be powerful enough to handle those applications. however, for obvious reasons it is better to invest in a workstation graphic card but not only will you be spending more but you lose a little bit of the gaming factor as well. so, yes, go with the 780's. best of luck!
