Why i am getting 25 fps with every game i play on windows 8.1 . In watch dogs i get 23 fps and in old games like strong hold 3 . This is weird because i have 8gb Ram and AMD Radeon HD 8670 M

The 5770 wasn't entry level, though you might think so by the boards. It was just one tier down from their high end cards, the 5870 (the 5970 was the dual GPU card), but yeah, that is not a powerhouse of a GPU now. It is quite weak, but if you play on low settings, it is likely your CPU holding you back, which both may be having some issues with heat. Laptops have that issue.

What is the CPU in your laptop?

The only thing below it that was a gaming card was the 5750, anything below that wasn't really designed for gaming but just things like HTPC boxes. I even have two 5770's in my house right now, they are slow as molasses and this machine has a card that's only about 1/3 the speed. If the OP is playing at more than something like 1366x768 or some other extremely low res then I wouldn't expect much faster,

AMD would have considered the 5670's entry level. 5770's were midranged, and the 5870's were high end. Those numbers moved up 100 the next series, when they added 100 to their card names. It got confusing due to a naming convention change.
