After finishing building up my pc, smoke started to come out from the cpu area I immediately switched off the power, as smoke was coming out the all the pc fans kept working including the cpu fan

Here is my Build

Msi Z97 Gaming 5

Intel I5-4670K

Kingstion 8GB ram

and Corsair CX750M

Solution
I would suspect your power supply or your motherboard. Unfortunately, you might have to turn it on again for finding what component is problematic.

It could also be a fan that died. Think about simple things related to power. Do you have a water cooling AIO heatsink?

After gathering enough courage i turned it on and it worked wonderfully it appears that one of the fans stopped working and its the one that caused all the smoke thank guys for the help

Hi

You are going to have to examine motherboard for signs of burning
To do this you are going to have to remove the motherboard from case

Remove gpu, leave 1 stick of ram, CPU & heat sink / fan
Connect screen to integrated intel graphics
Connect psu, keyboard

Check heat sink is properly installed especially if using default pushpin mountings

Check you do not have brass mounting pillars in wrong location under motherboard

You have had a lucky escape with only fan burning, was this connected to motherboard or the psu?

Best of luck
