I brought a rig off my friend over a year ago, it gets the job done. I would like to build a new PC but im not sure if it would benefit me. I havent built a PC, ive always had laptops or a standard Shop brought Desktop. It would be nice to build a PC, I understand how it all works but i get lost when i look at parts.

Currently in the case is an Intel Q6600 Core2 Quad 2.4GHz Processor, AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series (I think its the XFX black edition) and 6GB of RAM.

The AMD FX-6300 and the 8320 look sweet for the price, but im not sure if it will be better, or is it better to get an older CPU like the Athlon x4 and OC it.

Would my Current Gtaphics card have any issues or do i have to replace it?.

around £200 for the CPU, Motherboard and RAM would suit me down to the bone.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

For time being your GPU would work but you may consider upgrading it as well

Could i use an 8320 instead of the 6300 or would i need a different motherboard

Yes you can use 8320 on the same mobo but the price of 8320 is $150 approx whereas price of 6300 is $118 approx. If you could stretch your budget then you can use same ram and same mobo with 8320.

In theory i could OC this to 4.5ghz and it should be fairly balanced rig, but im not sure if thats better than getting the newer build u just posted.

Seems pretty good but wouldn't 1866MHz RAM be fine?

Yes they would but 2133 is OP's requirement.
