What are the correct timings for my RAM?

My BIOS automatically down clocks my ram and messes up the timings. I have AMD so there is no XMP setting, only D.O.C.P which corrected the frequency to 1600MHz but nothing else.

Here is the XMP settings it should be for my RAM:

Here is what I have to change:

The 1st 3 are not shown as I know they should be 9,9,9 and then 24 instead of 11,11,11,28. Just so everything is correct and I don't make a mistake could you please advise what i should change each setting to.

DO you have them running at 1600? if so the base (4 primary) timings will be in a differentarea of the BIOS, these are the advanced or secondary timings, will want the base to 9-9-9-24 for 1600 if you want to run at 1333- would change to 8-8-8-24
