Hello all just a question for the community.

I bought a store bought Dell Inspiron 3847 a few months ago. I have put it in a new Antec full sized case since factory cases are horrible for airflow. Here are my specs

i5 4440 3.1ghz
MSI Geforce GTX 760
8GB Kingston DDR3 Ram
Seasonic 550W PSU

The GPU and PSU are of course aftermarket but everything else is factory from Dell. Nothing is wrong with the system it runs fine but I was wondering if I needed a new motherboard? Is there anything actually wrong with me running the aftermarket parts and new case with the factory motherboard? And if I did get a new motherboard what would be the benefit besides being able to add more ram which I don't believe I need right now. I have the money for one if necessary but don't want to spend the money if it will simply be a cosmetic upgrade without any hardware benefits.

Just want to make sure my PC will continue to remain stable and Im not stressing anything by running the aftermarket parts on the factory MB.

Thanks in advance.

No, there is no problem running your current motherboard. No need to waste money on a new one. If it works - it works.
