First gaming pc- help lower price???

Hello guys, alright I've finally got round to building my first gaming pc and am very set on what I have chosen but NEED to lower the price without performance!

Processor- Intel i5 4670k 3.40GHz- will overclock.

Case-Corsair 540

Cpu cooler- corsair H100i
(Extra sp120 fans)

Gpu- Asus gtx 760

Ram- corsair vengeance 8gb DDR3 2133mhz

Motherboard- asus maximus vi hero

Psu- corsair cx750w

Hard drive- any 1tb hard drive

SSD- Samsung 840evo 120gb

Windows 8.1

can definitely take some money away from the case.

consider the nhd14 or a single tower air cooler, much cheaper and run 4-5C hotter, but also keep the mobo cooler.

The 270x is slower, but similar performance for cheaper.

For gaming, RAM frequency makes no difference, 1600mhz works just as good.

Do you really need this high end board? What features will you use on this board vs a $120 or $150 board?

there's a xfx 550w psu that goes on sale often, keep an eye out for that.
