are you looking to build a system, because those two chips are different sockets, so if you have a system you are upgrading, you might need a new motherboard.
The 8320 should perform better. I have one and it rocks everything I throw at it.

Lol can you even compare them. A newer 8 core vs a tired old 4 core which youll oc and will break faster. My opinion go for a nice fx 6300 since its the best multi-role procesor in affordable budget.
