Can a Radeon HD 6520G run 4K?

I've got a family member looking at the Seiki 4K monitor for general home office use. She's got an AMD laptop with a Radeon HD 6520G and I'm trying to figure out if it can drive that monitor. Yes, I'm aware it's only 30Hz.

Well that settles that I guess. Granted, I didn't look too hard but I couldn't find that info on AMD's site.
