I'm looking as this as my GPU, but I'm not sure if I should get a 2GB version or a 4GB version? I'm planning on playing 1080p Ultra settings gaming. Will the memory make a difference?

2GB:

4GB (One of these):

get the 4GB. Memory will make a significant difference at ultra settings.

In most games 4Gb wont make any difference because if when you need it the core is already struggling.
Only get the 4Gb version if you plan on SLI later, because in SLI 4gb Vram is better then 2Gb.
But if you don't plan on SLI later the 2Gb version is the best option.

you will be better off getting the 4gb version, plus as the post above states you also get the option to sli later on, at ultra settings vram requirements do go up, Watch Dogs requires 4gb to run on ultra, obviously Ubisoft is patching it, but there's no say that games in the future will not require 4gb, if you can spend the extra money, get the 4gb....technically speaking a good vram to have for high settings is 3gb...but 770 doesnt have a 3gb version does it?.....getting the 4gb might also give you the option to opt for higher resolution displays

Could you link me to the 4GB version that is the best for my money, or the one you would get?

4gb 770 price are pretty high you could buy a R9 290 for just $20 more and overclock it to 290x level.

The 4GB 770 isn't worth getting unless you have over a 1080p resolution monitor. Just get the EVGA GTX 770 SC w/ ACX http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CZIQXBA. More VRAM is unnecessary unless you have a a pretty high resolution or multiple monitors.
