Should I cool the MOSFETs?

I plan on overclocking to a mild degree with a custom water-cooling loop and I'm looking for some clarification on MOSFET cooling.

It is absolutely necessary to cool them or is it okay if you're not going over 1.3 volts on a Haswell CPU?

I'd rather not have to spend an extra £100-ish on a motherboard with MOSFET cooling capabilities as my budget has gone beyond my limit already but, if it's absolutely necessary, then I will change the motherboard I'm getting from the ASUS Maximus VII Hero to the VII Formula, but I'd really rather not.

Solution
Moderate speed side, front, bottom fans blowing air in across your mobo, video cards and hard drives. with higher speed top and back fans to accommodate will ensure that there is no hot air pockets around mosfets.

Compare fan cfm ratings and your total exhaust should exceed your intake.
