is my dell latitude suppose to run on recovery drive or C drive and if so how do I transfer to c drive

I id a clean install and had to download all drivers needed but is running again but is running off recovery and c drive is almost empty I have 31.1 gb free space of 31.2 and I run out of disk when it runs on recovery

It sounds like you may have installed Windows on the wrong partition, it's supposed to be installed on the large partition (the same one where it's pre-installed at the factory).
