Is this PSU ok?

ok 850 watt is overkill get the 750 watt one and here is what i came up with for a much more balanced build you could actually get 780 Ti and would still almost stay in budget or remove the ssd and stay in budget. some notes you dont need 16Gb of ram that is overkill you wont use it then 4770k has almost no advantages in games over 4670k at 100 cheaper price so the savings can go into getting ssd and or upgrading the graphics card. Another thing you could wait 2-3 weeks and get 4690k cpu or 4790k in my opinion 4790k would probably be worth it as it runs 4.0GHZ as oppose to 4770k 3.5 so thats quite a bump and 4790k only gets 100mhz bump(prices will stay the same for upgraded versions).

So, this build looks good, I added some parts and changed some. Trust me, I thought long and hard about liquid cooling and the TI, but I feared a leak, and the TI has the same specs as my card. Just want to go over one more time, do I have enough cable to route behind the mobo, and every cable I will need is included and long enough. All my parts are compat. Right? I've been trying to perfect my build for about 6 months now, and me being 14 it's hard to save this amount of money.
