I've been thinking of getting a gaming pc for a while now. I want a really good one that can run the games that I listed below. The ones I care about most are Watch_Dogs, Bioshock: Infinite, and Crysis 3. Can someone find a good PC for the lowest possible price that could do this? Thanks.

Watch_Dogs
BioShock: Infinite
Saints Row 4
Tomb Raider (2013)
Tropico 5
Call of Duty: Ghosts
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance
Amazing Spider-Man 2
Dark Souls II
Killer is Dead
Wolfenstein: the New Order
Crysis 3
Elder Scrolls: Online
Titanfall
Thief (2014)
Sonic Generations

Looking to build, or to buy? Also, price range?

Which ever is cheaper. I'd like one below $1400 but if that's to low then I guess I could pay a little more.

Building is always cheaper and better warranty
this will run all of those games on maximum setting at 1080p
