Would I benefit from an SSD ?

I have an older HP laptop, that is running Vista. It has a Pentium dual core processor at 2.0 ghz, and a120 HDD. Would it benefit from a120 SSD ? thanks Reteagle

Your older laptop is probably running sata 2 while all newer computers today will be running sata 3 so the speeds won't be as fast, but it is still a nice improvement over the traditional HDD though.
