So where shall I start..

I built my system with 4Gb's (2Gb Stick + 2Gb Stick) of Memory.

Then I decided to get another 4Gb's of Memory for the since - as a programmer extra memory can't harm me.

In result I had (2Gb + 2Gb + 4Gb Stciks) of memory.

Here are they:

2x 2Gb Memory Sticks - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104206

One 4Gb Memory Stick - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004JO10RU/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My MotherBoard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565

They are basically identical! On boot it would say something like "Switch your ram sticks around" or something like that (I can't remember).

It would boot up, but only 4Gb of memory would be "usable".

I basically took out one of the 2Gb Memory sticks and left myself 6Gb of ram in total.

Note: Yes I do have a 64 bit Windows.

I tried using different ram sockets and place the ram sticks in all possible patterns. Nothing solved the issue.

I would still get 4Gb's of memory usable if I had 8 installed.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Solution
Did you read your MOTHERBOARD MANUAL for how to place the DDR3 memory?

It probably says something like:
1 stick - Slot#2
2 sticks - Slot #2 and #4
3 sticks - not recommended
4 sticks - all slots

Regardless, your best option is probably to get another identical 4GB module then place them properly in pairs. Probably like:
2x4GB - Slots 1,3
2x2GB - Slots 2,4

Other:
- This issue has nothing to do with HyperX, plus you are not using the word "troll" correctly anyway. As far as I can tell the problem is that you didn't install the memory in the configuration recommended by Gigabyte.

- by NOT operating in pairs you are in Single Channel mode so will likely lose some performance at times. It depends on the program and your CPU as well so it...

Solution
You shouldn't have bought a single stick of ram, should should have bought a 2 stick kit.
Your motherboard is designed to run ram in "dual channels" that means 2 sticks. And it only works reliably when the sticks are sold as a set.
Ram is sold in single, double, triple and quad channel kits. Your mother board will allow you to use 2 dual channel kits, but not a quad kit or a triple kit, and you can get by with only 1 stick of ram.

It's possible your computer has a max memory set, you can check by going to Start > Run > type in "msconfig" > Boot tab > Advanced button > Maximum memory. I doubt it though.
