the 5450 only has 3 outputs and all monitors must be connected to the primary card when in Xfire, also if you somehow managed, the 5450 has a fairly low amount of Vram, so although you could likely do it for small tasks like web browsing and maybe even a movie on one screen you will almost certainly need to disable several screens during gaming

They would be SEPARATE outputs, not a single "virtual" monitor but that's probably what you want. Don't use the drivers on the included disc, just get the latest from AMD direct.

*Video RAM is not an issue in the slightest if not gaming. If you were gaming, these are not very good cards.

what are you saying there are 6 outputs between the 2 cards

if you are running them in cross fire, all monitors need to be hooked up to the primary card, Only one card get to output the video signal, usually whichever is occupying the first pci slot.

If you are simply operating two cards independently in your system, then its another matter
