It just started doing this today when I turned my computer on. No changes at all. It had been working fine for weeks before this. I don't know if something is going bad or what. I unplugged all of my USB devices and plugged in some speakers to see if it was still making that sound... It still is. I'm about to go crazy. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
