Do any of you guys know if the fan that comes standard with it is good? Can/should I buy more fans for it (push/pull)? What aftermarket fans should I get?
Here a comparison http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2744&page=4
The hyper 212 is 1c hotter then the Seidon 120V but also alittle more quiet.
For the price I would go for the 212 Evo or plus
The Evo is 1c cooler then the plus and come with a better fan but cost $5 more.
My vote goes for either the Thermalright True Spirit 140, or 140 Power. They are more expensive, sitting at around 40-45 dollars, but they are high quality. Also, they use a 140mm fan which is quite quiet.
I would get the hyper 212 or True spirit 140 over the Seidon 120V.
Again the different in temp between the 212 and the 120v is 1c and the 212 is quieter http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2744&page=4
I got my 8350 to 4.5ghz with the 212 which isn't much but it pretty good for a $30 cooler.

I have my fx 4350 running at 4.8 with the stock cooler. Do you think I could reach 5 ghz?

I'm surprise you got to 4.8 on the stock cooler. Well if you got to 4.8ghz on stock cooler then im sure you can reach 5 ghz.

Yea me too but the fan was just too loud and I wanted something a bit better(that won't sound as loud as a jet engine)
-when I get the cooler I will show you guys my results.(hoping to get to the magical 5 ghz lol)
What were your temperatures with the Stock Cooler?
The temps did not exceed 65c and the voltage stayed at 1.425
However it crashed prime95 after 45 mins but it aced all other stress tests that I have and I got better fps on arma 3 so I decided to keep it overclocked.

Games would never push a cpu as hard as prime95 does so as long as there no crash and your temp stay under 61c in game. I say the overclock is fine, still surprise that it with the stock cooler.

Yeah no game so far has given me any problems but I think I also won the silicon lottery

The depend on the cooler the one that come with the hyper 212 evo is not the best but is pretty good kept my cpu at 47c while gaming and is quiet. I recommend the hyper 212 or True spirit 140.
For aftermarket fans I reccomend Noctua, COUGAR, or some cooler master fan. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006519%2050012454%2040000573&IsNodeId=1&SubCategory=573&Manufactory=12454&SpeTabStoreType=1
