Crucial MX100 or Samsung 840 EVO?

I'm a pretty average user when it comes to storage, and with the new MX100, I'm wondering if I should get that over the 840 EVO.

MX100 is $25 cheaper than the EVO on Amazon.

Both make a great product, and since the specs are identical, just save yourself the $25 and go with the MX100.

MX100 dropped another $10, I remember the old days when SSD's were $1 a gig.

what about back when they were $17 a Gig?

in 2008, OCZ had a 64Gig SSD for $1,099 and it only had 120/read 100/write

I would go for the 250GB Samsung over the 256GB MX100. The Sammy has a significantly faster write speed:

MX100 is the cheapest GB per $/€

but write 266 MB/s Vs 398 MB/s of EVO

are not so identical but price / quality is good purchase
