You can give it a shot and see how it goes...watch dogs is a fairly new game and I can't find benchmarks with that graphics card and that game so just give it a shot and see how it goes.

1) Watch Dogs calls for a QUAD-core CPU at the lowest settings.

2) The game currently has major STUTTER issues so you should wait for a patch even if your hardware was adequate.

I used to have an ASUS 1GB 7770 HD and did a fair bit of casual gaming on it. Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infite and Arkham Origins all ran without issue at 1600x900 on medium settings. For me, a solid 40-50 fps was adequate to enjoy a game, your standards may be higher. From my experience I would be surprised if it failed to run watchdogs on minimum settings. However, mine was paired with a sandy bridge i5. Your mileage may vary with a 1st gen i3 and as previus posts have said, it is notoriously intensive on resources.

Upgrading to an i7-860 would help tremendously if you can find one for a cheap price on eBay or Amazon.
