Is PC CASE GEAR a good website?

I put this here because I didn't know where else to put it. Okay, so I live and aus and I am looking at places to buy PC parts etc. But I wanted to know if PCCG was a good place because I heard some people say that it sends faulty stuff etc. ALso it's an Australian website.

I've used them for the past year and bought many parts from them. All have been sent quickly and in good condition. They're currently my favourite source and are generally good value.

I can't comment on their procedure for faulty parts as I haven't had any.

Almost all parts are packaged at a manufacturing plant so I doubt they'd be sending "faulty stuff" very often.

Do your research on the item you want then just find the cheapest price, including shipping, and buy from that store.

the AUS version of pcpartpicker is also a good place to start

PCCG is a great site, It's one of the best here in Aus in my opinion.
Orders are usually shipped the same day as being paid for, providing you place/pay for the order before 3pm.
From what i've heard their RMA process is pretty straight forward and quick, i've never personally had to return anything.

The only other place i purchase PC gear from is Umart, and that's because i live near their sunshine coast store.
