No, it's not possible.

It isn't possible. And both GPUs are super weak.
Anything under a 6670 or realistically a 7750 is worthless if you plan on running any games or anything with 3d graphics

Your system does have a nice CPU and sufficient RAM for gaming.

So, if you want to game but don't have a big budget get the ASUS GTX750Ti and overclock it a bit. Your Power Supply is probably sufficient. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx750tioc...

Review/Benchmarks:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/2...

I would estimate this card is roughly 8X more powerful than the HD6450. Put another way, if you get 10FPS in a game this should get you 80FPS. I couldn't find the HD6450 and modern cards on the same benchmark so had to estimate by THIS: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/HD_6450_Pas...

That's an AVERAGE of many games that shows an HD6870 as at least 6X more powerful, and the GTX750Ti is more powerful than that card.
