please! i need help with my pc

when i on my pc, it will start normally, after a few seconds, it will off automatically. as in like shut off.. when i remove a memory card, it beeps 3 consecutive beeps, after that, it will shut off again.. please help me

for three beeps
Reseat the memory.
Make sure that the contacts on the memory and the socket are clean.
Try removing one bank of memory modules at a time. (Some systems can require a memory module in Bank 0.)
Try using memory modules from the same manufacturer with the same part number and speed.
Check for a faulty memory module by trying the memory in a known good system.

Well since it's only on for 10 seconds it'll be hard to fix in windows. Can you access BIOS? If so check for settings that might cause the problems. Can you tell me how it shuts down (quickly or slowly etc.). Try booting on to a live USB/CD.

psu works fine... i do paperclip test, i try to used in other unit, it works fine.. i try other psu but the same problem.. norsestar, it is used for atleast 4 or 5 years.. do you think it is motherboard problem?
