after 10 to 20 minutes my internet stops working. When i look at the light dedicated to internet on my router it is glowing and i am able to browse or surf but after sometime internet stops working and when i look at the router after internet has stopped then that internet light doesn't glow. Also there's a warning sign on the connection icon in the bottom right corner. I need to restart the router in order to get the internet working.

and if my ISP has poor service then how come internet starts working when i restart my router ?
