my external Toshiba 500G USB 3 disk drive was working fine on both USB 2 and USB 3 till last week... but now I wonder what causes it not to be recognized on any kind of USB 2 port and just work on USB 3 (tested on different PCs and notebooks)? how can I fix the problem?
