I bought 2 of these computers from a school that was undergoing an upgrade, they both have a Core i5, 4Gb ram. I think the power supply can handle the requirements for the graphics card but I am wondering whether or not it will fit inside?

Condition for recommending different graphics cards
min 1080p 60fps quality - low medium
Counter strike Global offensive
Far Cry 3
Borderlands 2
Team Fortress 2
Wolfenstien - New order
Watch dogs
GTA 5 when it gets to pc

Try them out. Or measure the case up to see if they'll fit. The card spec gives you dimensions.

Ugh, Gtx 750 ti... They're quite overpriced and don't really do that much, the fact that you added Gta V means you should go for a gtx 760 (quite faster than 750 ti) to get the desired fps, and I still can't garuantee it, but you should get decent (40-60) fps with that, and good settings. Not sure though, but this is what I think. I'm no expert though, so, someone else feel free to correct me.

I don't mind playing at a lower texture quality to get decent frames and I only choose the Gtx750ti because its runs directly of the motherboard power and doesn't require extra wattage which my 265W power supply wont have

Aha, 265W Psu I see. Then 750 ti should do the job, I think. But if you can, get at least 450W psu, for future-proofing. Good luck with your purchase. Here is the 750 that caught my eye:
