the motherboard does not effect gaming, only overclocking (chipset is better on more expensive boards, better power phase ect..), Features (USB, SATA) and multi-GPU support is really all your getting. No performance difference.
Yes, thats quite a low end CPU. However it will still work fine with as good performance as you can expect of the of the fx4300. Worthwhile if you intend on upgrading the CPU.
