Need help please

My setup:

CPU: Intel I5 2400 3.1GHz
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 650 1gig 128bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-DS2
Ram: 4 gig 1333Mhz
PSU: 450watt

I cant play watchdogs, even on low, but my friend plays it on ultra with the same setup, except his ram is 1600Mhz.
Can that 300Mhz really make that big of a difference?

Do you have a 32 bit or 64 bit system?

Well I can't really help then, your system does not meet the minimum system requirements for the game so even though your friend has the same system, can't really say much on it. Sorry.

1-check if you can run it on www.canirunit.com
2-can you play other games well?
3-is your hdd old it can bottleneck your system
4-update you graphic drivers motherboard direct x microsoft visuals and.net framework.

Its maybe possible its the hdd.. Its a IDE hard drive running through a IDE/Sata converter

ide is old try to get sata hdd or SDD

sdd are faster and comsume less power
