The Mpower is an enthusiast motherboard, there are many features that many people won't use. So if those features are useless to you, just get the Gigabyte one. You will also save some money

For what you listed, all boards are good for that. Get the cheapest of them, the most expensive won't serve you any better then the cheapest one.

I see you are smart in going for the 4GB 770 since you are considering SLI, good choice.
