Nothing really but the bear minimum. 20 fps lowest settings at the best.
However you can fit up to a gtx 760 in there. Its abit tight. Just make sure the wattage is high enough. You will need that upgrade to really game on that.

A stock XPS 8700 will need another $80-100 in a video card upgrade to play games on now and about $150-200 to make it suitable for higher resolutions and quality for the next few years. You can built a system for $700 (without the operating system) that will run games as good as the Dell with another $200 in upgrades. Radeon R7 265 would be a good mid range card for the system.

Hello, thanks for helping out! What exactly do you recommend I add/replace for the PC to run the new generation of games at medium/high around 60 fps? Im assuming 200 dollars spent in parts will do it?
Btw I know this is a bad computer. My friend gets discounts on PCs so he's getting the dell for only $300

You have another very similar thread on this forum but I'll lend you some more advice here. You will need a GPU around $200 to $300 to run a game like BF4 on high settings. To play on Ultra however, you'll need a $300+ GPU like the GTX 770. I would get a GTX 760 like mentioned above. It runs solid and will allow you to play on high settings for most games. They go for around $300 but you can probably find ones priced at $270.

It's not that bad of a computer, the XPS series are pretty nice, one of the top big box systems you can get. The biggest issue with trying to run high end games on high settings with top frame rates is the power supply. The XPS towers look to come with a 450 watt PSU which is nice for a home system but low for a "gaming" system. Need an upgrade to a 700 watt PSU and about a $350-300 video card for gaming at high settings smoothly. For $300 that system is a great buy stock for medium settings in games as nother $150 in a video card will make it a nice gaming system. For High settings at a full 60fps in all games, you need anothe $400 in power supply and video card upgrades which is still not too bad for a system that can play games on high settings.

The other issues may be the motherboard and case design, you need to make sure the case can fit the video cards and the Dell motherboard may not the best platform to stick a high-end car into.

I wouldn't say you need a 700 watt PSU though. I personally have a computer with a 500 watt PSU and it works fine with my GTX 770. The cards these days are quite power efficient and 700 watts is overkill in my opinion.
