I currently am thinking of this CPU with my build:

This CPU is good and can play most modern games on high settings. However some games now are starting to require 8-core processors and not quad-core ones. Also I don't want to have to upgrade this CPU in a long time so I want a more powerful one.
The one I mentioned is £155 and I am willing to spend up to just over £200 for a good 8-core CPU.
Which CPU would you recommend for my needs?
