Hello i would like to know the differences between the i7 - 3770 and the i7 - 3770k and the i7 - 4770k.
Thanks!

The 3xxx's are the previous generation (nicknamed "Ivy Bridge"). 4xxx's are "Haswell," the current generation.

The K indicates an unlocked clock speed multiplier, necessary if you want to overclock (which also requires a Z77, Z87, or Z97 motherboard, depending on which processor). So the i7-3770 and -3770K are almost the same, aside from the overclockability of the -3770K.

Comparing two similar processors across a generational difference, the i7-3770K vs. the i7-4770K, the difference is incremental. There is a slight boost to IPC (instructions per cycle) that translates to a ~5% boost to overall performance, all else being equal.

Will i feel any differences in gaming such as watch dogs and BF4 between the 3 processors?

No, not really; They're all high-end CPUs by today's standards.

No, but your pocketbook will. Hence why the 1155 Ivy Xeon 1230v2 and 1150 Haswell 1230v3 get recommended so often on here. They perform nearly identical to their x770 counterparts, yet cost less, and run cooler, due to the lack of IGP.

Probably not. But the -4770K is only $10 more than the -3770K; I think its worth it for the tiny bit better performance.

The bigger concern is what sort of motherboard you have, since the processors in question are not compatible with the same boards. If you've got an LGA-1155 motherboard already, just get a -3770 or -3770K. If you're buying a new motherboard at the same time, I suggest going with a Z97 board + one of the new i7-4790K's when they are available later this month for the same price as the -4770K.

If you don't intend to overclock, I'd recommend an H97 motherboard and an i7-4790.

I'd suggest a Xeon 1230v3 along with a good H97 motherboard so you have the option of going Broadwell if you want. There honestly hasn't been much improvement, the older gen intel cpu's just never really go for much cheaper so you're better off going with the newer tech anyway. The intel cpu's are already so strong you don't even need to overclock, and the Xeon is basically an i7 without integrated graphics at an i5's price point. If I was aware of them when I was building my pc I would have gotten one instead of my i5
