system upgrade for need for speed rival?

Core 2 duo
4 GB ddr2 ram
1 tb hdd
2gb ddr5 gpu (nvidia 750 )
But still need for speed rival not working very smoothly! !!
Which hardware I need to upgrade?

The game is poorly optimized and capped at 30 fps. The most important thing to upgrade is the CPU. Here's an upgrade which will help with that game and many others.
