i would like to do a gtx780 in sli (watercooled and overclocked) but then i would like to add a 3rd card for a "hybrid" i guess you could say. but i want to add either a gtx750ti or gtx760 for a dedicated phsX card. is this possible? if not could i do gtx780 ti, and gtx760/750ti for dedicated phsX?

Yes, having 2 (or even more) cards in SLI and adding a dedicated PhysX card is possible as long as your motherboard has enough PCI-E x16 slots and your power supply is powerful enough.
