Best air cooler for i7?

So, i've been thinking getting new cooler for my
Intel core i7 4770k 3.5Ghz.
I have been looking at the noctua nh-d14 and noctua nh-d15. I will overclock to like max 4.5Ghz but not in the near future. But are the noctua worth it? Are they good for light oc and gaming?
What temps can i excpect.?
my ambient tems is like 22-25C and my case is the CM Storm enforcer.
Full specs if any one need:
MSI TF GTX 780
Intel core i7 4770k Stock speed.
RM 850W Corsair power supply.
Samsung evo 840 120GB SSD
Seagate barracuda 1TB HDD.
MSI z87-g45 Gaming motherboard.
What is best aircooler for good cooling?

Will the noctua nh-d14 be cooler than h80i? my h80i seems to not work correctly thats why im thinking for new cooler.

It will, it's comparable to a H100i.

Just hope it'll fit in Cm storm enforcer. That Gtx 780 is kinda big but as far as i can see on forums it should fit
