running on 1400p monitor at 60 hz.

Is it enough with a 780ti card for max settings with 60fps and above?

IT will run that res fine and yes it should run all games out right now at max you might need to turn down a few settings to get like bf4 at 60fps at that resolution. And there will be no bottleneck with that cpu.

A 780ti would be perfect for max settings.

And the cpu wont bottleneck

i bet a few games will run no problem, but many games need both more cpu and gpu power to get 60fps, planetside 2 and starcraft 2 need more cpu.

But, I think that the 780ti will play those games well.

the gtx 780ti is an awesome card and i think its a perfect combination with i5 4670k and a QHD monitor for gaming. It will handle almost everything, watch dogs will need a bit more. I would recommend 4gb ram instead of only 3 for QHD monitors so maybe check r9 290x, its a good card to and cool it well and you can oc it nicely.
