I bought my rig a year ago

CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: Sapphire R9 280X
PSU: FSP 700W 88%
PCB: ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0
RAM: Crucial ballistix Tactical 1600mhz 2x4gb
Case: Zalman Midi Tower Z3 Plus
HDD: Samsung 750gb 32mb
SSD: Sandisk X110 128gb
WIN: Windows 8.1 64bit EST

and now i understand that CPU is bottleneck to GPU (Battlefield 4 settings high fps 34-90)

I'm planning to buy new CPU cooler but before i do that i need to know something.

Should i buy either Cooler Master Seidon 120V or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO?

Which of them are more quiet and more efficient?

In terms of overclocking, how far should i go with the GHz?

Solution
That cpu sholdent bottleneck that card even at stock speeds. But i like the hyper 212 evo myself i have one thats probably why. As far as ghz you should be able to get to 4.0ghz without having to raise the voltage. Some people get up to 4.5ghz and beyond with that cpu so its really whatever you comfortable with i like mine to be below 60c under load so i usually wont go over 4.0ghz.
