First time replacing GPUs, and im slowly upgrading my tower. I have a 600w power block which is well over enough to run it, but what I really need answered is that the gtx has a PCI Express 2.0 x16 and the one I have now has a PCI Express x16. Will it fit? I have a nForce 570 SLI motherboard by Gigabyte

Yes, you can replace it; PCI-E revisions are backwards compatible (a 2.0 card will work with a 3.0, 1.0, or 1.1 slot)..
