Requesting information regarding Full HD Samsung screens

Greetings, I would like some information regarding Samsung Full HD screens. I originally purchased a T23C350 screen (made in Malaysia) which had a defective pixel and I got it replaced. Now, I have a new T23C350 screen (made in Vietnam). My original screen was fully filling the screen. The new screen is lacking 3-4 pixel lines top, bottom, left and right. I was instructed to take the new screen to the service center which I did. In comparison I found similar monitors with this issue that have old firmware. I remember my original screen having a newer one. We had a discussion over this issue and we agreed that a newer firmware could be the answer to this issue. The huge problem is, when you try to play a full hd video (1920x1080), the screen displays bars to the top and bottom while the screen is full hd. Is not this ironic. By the way, this was tested without cables since the screen supports flash drives. The issue is not the video. I made sure the video is 1920x1080 on both the screen and pc. My question is, does your image fully stretch over the the screen without any 3-4 pixel lines gaps without connecting it to the pc and applying stretch? Thanks for your time.
