@Rationale: Just noticed that, although the Pentiums aren't exactly that much more expensive: http://www.dabs.ie/products/intel-pentium-dual-core-s1150-g3220-3-00ghz-3mb-8XTF.html?src=3
So you would reccomend getting that build except replacing the CPU? How would the CPU effect the gaming on the system?
It depends on the game. In some games, the CPU practically doesn't matter at all. In some other games, the CPU is nearly as important as the video card. A GTX 660 and Celeron would be mismatched; the GPU would be too strong for the CPU to get the most performance relative to the money. A GTX 650 TI and Pentium are a closer match, which would allow more consistent performance regardless of whether a game is heavy on the GPU or CPU.
For example, if a GTX 660 is capable of getting 50 fps in a game, and a Celeron is capable of getting 20 fps in a game, your minimum framerate will be 20 fps. Not very good, and a lot of video card power is wasted.
But if the GTX 650 TI is capable of 40 fps in the same game, and the Pentium is capable of 30 fps in that same game, then your minimum framerate would be 30 fps. Less performance would be wasted, for the same cost.
