Hi, I am an entry level gamer and am hoping to play games like Battlefield and Crysis at High Settings preferably. I have 3 possible combinations:
i5 4450 + gtx 750ti 2gb
Fx 6300 + gtx 660 2gb
Fx 8320 + gtx 750ti 2gb

Which one shall I go for? They are all using 2x4gb of 1866mhz ram.
Thanks :)

Yes. Logain of Hades always gets it right.

Get an i5 for sure. Forget anything AMD. An i5 will blow away anything from AMD in gaming, 99% of the time.

An i5 with a GTX 750 Ti or R9 270 will work great and is definitely money better spent than on a weak AMD cpu and a higher end GPU. You want to be future-ready and not stuck with a dead, weak AMD CPU when you want to upgrade your GPU in the future.

Instead of the GTX 660 or GTX 750 Ti, look at the R9 270. It's similarly priced and is more powerful than either.

As for the CPU, I always recommend Intel over AMD these days. Not only will Haswell outperform Vishera in nearly all situations, the LGA 1150 motherboards feature more recent tech and offer greater upgradability than AM3+.

If you can, I would go with an i5 and R9 270.

Is that the r9 270x or just r9 270?

So would the i5 + r9 270x be the best option?
